Cosmic time dilation

Cosmic time dilation refers to the phenomenon where time is experienced differently in different regions of the universe due to the expansion of space. This effect is a consequence of the theory of general relativity, which describes the gravitational interactions and the geometry of spacetime.

As the universe expands, it causes a stretching of space itself, and this expansion affects the passage of time. In regions with more significant cosmic expansion, time appears to pass more slowly from the perspective of an observer in a less expanding region. This means that distant galaxies and objects in the universe, which are receding due to the expansion, Learning Management System will appear to have their clocks running more slowly when observed from a region with less cosmic expansion.
