The Dean of Students is responsible for overseeing student welfare, discipline, and overall campus life. This role focuses on creating a supportive, inclusive, and safe learning environment that promotes student success both academically and personally.
Focus Areas:
Student counseling and well-being, extracurricular and co-curricular activities, discipline management, campus safety, grievance redressal mechanisms, student engagement programs, and leadership development initiatives. The Dean of Students acts as a bridge between students and institutional administration.
