Qualified candidates will be well-trained before recruitment and only those candidates who are selected as 3rd Grade Teachers will have a probation period of two years. During this probation period, selected candidates usually collect Basic Pay only. Candidates will receive a full salary as per the 10th Pay Matrix decided by the 7th Pay Commission only after the authentication of employment as a teacher of Rajasthan state. read more about School Management System.
Promotions Theory
· Qualified candidates will get promoted to the next level for example a 3rd-grade teacher will be promoted to the 2nd-grade teacher after years of experience (number of years is not defined)
· 2nd Grade teachers will be promoted to the 1st-grade teacher based on their work experience and performance during the whole process
