Mini drafter

A mini drafter is an instrument that can be used for several functions in the drawing. It has two arms that are adjustable to the required angle and at the lower arm’s end, a scale set is attached. The scale set contains two scales connected perpendicular to each which cannot be separated. This instrument is fixed to the drawing board at one edge using a screw provided for the drafter. A mini drafter is used for drawing:

  • Horizontal lines
  • Vertical lines
  • Angles
  • Parallel lines
  • Perpendicular lines

Today, in certain areas, like small construction groups, drawing is needed on drawing sheets. In such a situation, Digital Content, each engineering student must purchase a mini drafter within a year.
