A government teacher is a person who works for the state-run education establishment to provide Education to students who attend schools that government officials directly govern. To become a government teacher, you must be qualified and eligible; the government establishes different qualifying standards for various government teacher positions. The following are some of the top government teacher jobs and openings in India:

PRT stands for Primary Teacher and is a term used to describe an elementary school instructor. A PRT is a qualified teaching professional working with young students and has completed the necessary training to become a teacher. They are in charge of teaching primarily elementary school children in grades 1 through 5.

TGT stands for Trained Graduate Teacher. TGT teachers are responsible for teaching students in grades 6 through 8, but they are also equipped and eligible to teach students in grades 10 through 12. A TGT teacher’s educational qualification is higher than that of PRT teachers. It is not a course but rather a status that may be obtained only when a person has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education with honours in a related field.
