Optical Mark Recognition is the official name for OMR. OMR recognises markings made by people on specialised paper or journals used for experiments, School Analytics, surveys, etc. It is frequently utilised in situations when a large number of applicants are present and to quickly and consistently analyse data. The OMR reader can read OMR sheets.
