Upper primary education refers to education provided to all students up to the age of 14. This type of education is equivalent to completing the second cycle of primary education science teaching. Because of an increasing number of registrations at the primary level, the pressure to improve the upper levels is also escalating. It provides easy geographic access to enrol all the eligible and potential students in the upper primary schools. Additionally, it offers a reasonable level of facilities and infrastructure in such schools. It has become a long-term goal required for the development of primary education.
