Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan

The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan (abbreviated BSER) is a school-level education board in the Indian state of Rajasthan. The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) with its headquarters in Ajmer, is a state agency of the Rajasthan government. The Rajasthan Secondary Education Board is in charge of advancing and expanding secondary education in the state. The Rajasthan Secondary Education Act 1957 established BSER in 1957. 

According to the official notification, the Rajasthan education board follows a revised syllabus for each class. It includes primary subjects for higher-level classes as well as some electives to ensure the overall development and well-being of students’ personalities and skills. The Rajasthan government prescribed the RBSE curriculum based on suggestions from a government-appointed committee.
