Role of Headmaster

The Headmaster is responsible for the school’s instructional work, which includes curriculum development, syllabi preparation and distribution, work distribution among staff, allotment of co-curricular duties, time schedule development, and the school calendar. Principals oversee teachers and education staff and monitor student achievement. They make certain that School Analytics facilities are safe for students and faculty, and they plan routine maintenance of the school campus and equipment. The Headmaster should be energetic and dedicated to the growth of the school. He should have vision, leadership, initiative originality, sell-ability, and self-assurance. He should have qualities such as sincerity, candour, and genuineness. The principal’s primary responsibility should be to create and sustain effective educational programs within his or her school, as well as to promote the improved performance of teaching and learning within his or her school.
