Ancient history

Ancient history is one of the parts of history that talks about ancient civilisations and their associated elements. It consists of some of the most extensive pre-recorded parts of history that had existed from a very early age. It deals with various aspects such as their timeline, the society present during the time, government, religion, art and architecture, science and technology, and literature.

In India, many civilisations, like the Indus Valley civilisation, popularly known as the Harappan civilisation, are counted within ancient India, and its association with the different civilisations of the world, like Mesopotamia, is recorded through seals or other trading elements. Later on, the arrival of Aryan tribes and different types of Vedic religions, Digital Content, rituals, and practices, Buddhism, and Jainism, is also recorded in ancient history.

Many students find ancient history boring as it is irrelevant to the present. Besides, grasping facts and years does not feel good to them. However, ancient history is one of the critical aspects, as it deals with what our past was like and gives us an insight into how the best things from the past can be implemented and conserved in the present.
