Boarding schools are forms of educational institutions that provide education to students and lodging, i.e., accommodation and meals. The students share the place with fellow mates and sometimes with the teachers or supervisor at the residing location.
While some students are sent to boarding school, others are sent at a later phase of schooling. Initially, children who have enjoyed the comforts of their homes find it difficult to adjust to strict and supervised conditioning. With time they tend to adjust to their surroundings.
Boarding schools allow students to gel up with fellow students and develop a greater sense of familiarity with them. Besides, the students also become disciplined due to time adherence to various activities like sleeping, eating, waking up, or recreation.
The traditional form of boarding School Analytics has existed in India for ages. Earlier, the gurukul system was prevalent where children, after a certain age, had to leave their homes and attain education while residing at their guru/teacher’s home. It is considered that this system helped students build a special bond with teachers making them more dedicated and committed to their studies and comprehensive education.
