Full form of EQ

The full name of the emotional quotient, commonly called emotional intelligence, is eq. It establishes a person’s ability to identify emotions, both their own and those of others. It is widely believed that those with high EQ make better commanders because they have a greater ability to grasp and connect with others around them. Emotional intelligence, often known as eq, is the capacity to recognise, direct, and control your own emotions in ways that reduce anxiety, improve communication, empathise with others, overcome obstacles, and end a conflict.

EQ is a reliable predictor of success in the workplace and is used to identify leaders, potential team players, and those who operate best alone. People act genuinely and politely without worrying about upsetting their coworkers. The introduction of new goals reveals stability. Employees spend time simultaneously outside of work, enjoying and consistently practising their artistic freedom.
