Gas Laws

Gas laws are a set of principles describing the behavior of gases under various conditions. They offer insights into how gases respond to changes in temperature, pressure, and volume without delving into complex symbols and formulas.

Boyle’s Law: States that, at constant temperature, the pressure of a gas is inversely proportional to its volume.

Charles’s Law: Describes the relationship between the volume and temperature of a gas at constant pressure.

Gay-Lussac’s Law: Focuses on the proportional relationship between the pressure and temperature of a gas when volume is constant.

Avogadro’s Law: States that equal volumes of gases, at the same temperature and pressure, contain an equal number of molecules.

These laws collectively provide a foundation for understanding and predicting the behavior of gases in various practical situations.
