Meaning of teaching yoga

A yoga teacher is a health and fitness professional, to instructs group yoga classes. They teach students to do various stretching poses, meditate, and promote mindfulness and overall well-being. These individuals are also known as “yoga instructors” and “yogis.”

Specific responsibilities of a yoga teacher include:

·       Teaching small to large groups of yoga practitioners who are new, intermediate, or experienced

·       Stretching poses, including alternate solution, Admission Management, advanced, and adjusted positions, are demonstrated to provide greater accessibility to students of various levels.

·       advising students on how to improve or modify their practice, such as at-home routines, positions for specific benefits, and strategies to make positions easier, safer, or more difficult

·       Individual student assistance in perfecting their form, including manual interaction during lessons

·       Leading groups in quiet meditation by talking them through the process of letting go of thoughts and comforting each part of the body.

·       Sharing the fundamental spiritual principles of yoga, including those found in the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, and other texts
