NOC full form

The full NOC form is a no-objection certificate. NOC is a legal certificate issued by any organization, organization, institution or individual under certain circumstances. In such a case, the seller of the vehicle has to procure the NOC from the Bihar RTO (Regional Transport Officer) and give it to the buyer of the vehicle in Delhi.
